I get to visit my daughter (4 years old) in Pensacola every once in a while (I wish more) and some of the thing she says is outstanding!
- "Daddy, babies come out of girls and not boys, cause that's what God made" - OK, simple enough.
- "Things are here because God made it" - again, simple enough
- While seeing an older lady in Target she asks - "You sure are short...how old are you?"
- While slapping me in the head she asks - "Did that hurt?" - I didn't want to say yes.
- While seeing the sunrise "Look! Iit's a sunset but it's coming up instead"
Sometimes I wish I could talk to my office supplies likes she talks to her dolls -
"You go here and you be the boss" and "You are the prince and you will do what she says"
Except I would say, "Hey pencil, you are a wife and this pen is your husband" Then I would pretend they were fighting and the pencil would whine and whine and the pen would finally give up and do whatever because the pencil knew she had the power of the eraser!
The media controls the world
Two days ago everyone was up in arms about the immigration hoopla. Now I hear crickets about it. What happened and did anyone get anything out of it? Another thing about the media is that they are disaster mongers. What I mean by that is that they pray for disaster and mayhem. Yesterday, Continental flight 3161 from Houston to Minneapolis blew a couple of tires on take off. For almost an hour (maybe more) the media followed this plane and pondered what ifs and talked to "experts." In times like this Joe Blow could call in and say anything as long as it made the situation seem like it MAY become disastrous. One report on CNN said while talking to an "expert" (paraphrasing here) "The captain has got to be thinking the worse here." Obvious lady.
I'm not a conspirator but maybe the media planned 9/11 to get rating for years to come. That is a horrible thing to say but wow doesn't it seem like they reference every disaster to 9/11? Think about it. The media is going to be the death of things. With the help of the internet and television, humans are going to drive themselves into information and death overload. Be careful of 6/6/6 by the way. You might fart satan.
