Where are their parents?
In an article in the Pensacola News Journal a 17-year-old boy beat a 14-year-old girl with a dumbbell bar at a Pensacola duplex. Where are the parents of this boy? Granted there are no state regulations or even federal regulations on the whereabouts of all children at all times, but you would think that a parent would be concerned. Apparently not. The parents should be responsible in part for not taking care of their kids!
